The Toolbar provides functionality across all of the views.
- Flagged Deals - only show deals that have been "Flagged"
- View - switch between the List, Pipeline Flow, Pipeline Health and Kanban views
- Filters - filter the view based on Forecast Category, Deal Type, etc.
- Opportunities to Show - select "All Opportunities", "My Opportunities", or "My Team's Opportunities" (if the user is in the team hierarchy). More options are available if Team-Selling support is enabled.
- Group By (List View Only) - choose how to group deals (with subtotals) on the List View
- Change Period - set the period to use for the Status Indicators in the Table View and for the flow period in the Pipeline Flow view
- Reload - reload the data in the current view without changing any view parameters
- Help - opens this documentation
- Search - searches in the Opportunity Name, Account Name, Owner Name, Sales Stage and Forecast Category fields. You can use partial words (i.e. 'cme' will match 'Acme')
- Setup (Admins only) - opens the Akoonu Setup tab
